Wildlife Wealth is a viable business with huge potential for growth, as evidenced by the fact that local demand for beef currently outstrips supply. Moreover, the rapid turnaround time from purchase of weaner calf to its sale for slaughter, means that the returns on investment (ROI) are quite exceptional. Our company currently offers a package whereby clients can invest a minimum sum of R9 999 (ZAR) or $799 (USD) per animal, which covers all costs involved. This includes the purchase of a weaner calf, feed, rental of the farm, veterinary expenses for preventative vaccinations and incidental treatments for illness. It also covers insurance in case of death. Should this occur, the animal will be replaced at no extra cost to the investor.
Upon receipt of the R9 999 or $799 minimum sum, each investor receives a unique cow ownership certificate from Wildlife Wealth. To this end, we have partnered with one of the country’s largest auditing firms, to deliver audit integrity to our clients. The Auditing firm will ensure that each calf that is purchased is allocated to a specific investor, so that no doubling up occurs. The Auditing firm will also audit the business financial statements, providing surety to clients that they will receive the correct returns. While it should be obvious that profits are entirely dependent on the meat price at the time of sale, investors can expect to receive returns of between 15% and 18% per animal. Since the average time from acquisition to slaughter is six months, should the investor choose to reinvest the initial capital a second time, overall per annum ROI will be between 30% and 36%.
Wildlife Wealth introduced integrated farming technology that will benefit Investors who want a professional farm management solution that can monitor, record and analyse data from different areas of the farm, in order to support and improve decision-making. As part of innovation, an integrated farming solution has been implemented in our farm. The integrated solution is geo-referenced using remote access tools (RAT) and include these features, IP Cameras, smoke detectors, RFID sensors, solar energy, etc. This technology enables Investors to track and monitor their cattle remotely.
